Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil)
Hours: Full-time
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Head Office); On-Site work

Job Purpose
As a Site Supervisor (Civil), your primary role is to work under the guidance of the Civil Engineer and oversee the execution of various civil construction projects at the site. This includes boundary wall construction, road-making, drainage line installation, switchyard foundation work, and more. Your expertise and experience in civil construction will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Job Duties
- Work under the direct supervision of the Civil Engineer.
- Execute and oversee civil construction work at the site, including boundary wall construction, road-making, drainage line installation, switchyard foundation work, etc.
- Ensure that construction activities adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in the coordination of on-site activities.
- Report project progress and issues to the Civil Engineer.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet project objectives.
- Maintain a strong focus on project timelines and quality.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices
- Understanding of solar power plant construction techniques and procedures
