Job Title: Sales Person

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Person to join our clothing retail team. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable clothing products.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and promote items.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing, payments, and basic store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Store Sales Experience (minimum 5 years in clothing retail).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Education Requirements:

• Minimum: High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in clothing retail sales.

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
