Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator (Junior Level) will support the sales team and help drive business growth at Rawalwasia Group’s Surat headquarters. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily sales activities, maintain customer relationships, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders in our Coal, Solar, Yarn, and Logistics divisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role in any industry.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, contact details, and sales pipelines effectively for improved customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with accurate data entry and maintenance of sales-related records, order information, and client communication logs.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for preparing reports, analyzing sales metrics, and managing large datasets to support the sales process.
- Ability to manage and organize the sales pipeline, tracking new and ongoing opportunities while ensuring timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Demonstrated experience in providing sales support, such as preparing quotations, order forms, and assisting team members with administrative tasks.
- Strong team collaboration skills with the capability to work closely with colleagues across departments and divisions for project success.
- Proven relationship building skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients, vendors, and team members to foster long-term partnerships.
- Required skills include CRM Software, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Pipeline Management, Sales Support, Team Collaboration, Quotations, and Relationship Building.
- Must have skills for this role are expertise in CRM software handling, robust pipeline management, and exceptional ability to prepare quotations efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations, acting as the communication bridge between sales teams, internal departments, and clients for seamless workflow.
- Support the creation, formatting, and delivery of sales quotations, confirmations, and proposals as per customer and business requirements.
- Track ongoing deals, maintain updated information in the CRM system, and monitor movement through various pipeline stages for accuracy.
- Handle data entry of lead information, maintain records of interactions, and oversee documentation related to order processing and fulfillment.
- Work closely with colleagues from other divisions to ensure that customer requirements are met and queries are addressed promptly.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performing market or competitor analysis as needed to help the team make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive communication, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and follow-up.
- Manage administrative aspects of the sales process including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and updating the sales calendar.
- Contribute to process improvements for optimizing the sales workflow, leveraging best practices in system usage and documentation methods.
- Ensure that all compliance, data privacy, and company procedures are strictly followed in handling sales and client information.
