Job Purpose:

The MIS Executive will manage and analyse data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. The role requires MS Office and Google Suite expertise and strong interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate findings effectively.

Job Duties:

1. Data Management:
2. ○ Collect, process, and manage data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. ○ Maintain and update MIS reports regularly.
4. Report Preparation:
5. ○ Generate accurate and timely reports for management decision-making.
6. ○ Present data insights effectively using charts, graphs, and other visual aids.
7. Analysis:
8. ○ Analyse trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
9. Documentation:
10. ○ Maintain proper documentation of data and reports.
11. Collaboration:
12. ○ Coordinate with different departments to gather and consolidate data.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting techniques.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
