- Build and nurture relationships with customers in the coal industry.
- Collect and maintain essential customer data and records.
- Monitor customer credit and payment history.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to address customer needs.
- Identify and develop relationships with key industry players and competitors.
- Work to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of a twelfth-grade education.
Experience:
- 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred but optional.
