- Handling calls/mails with Agents (B2B).
- Communicate & action queries as per requirement
- Escalate queries & concerns to concerned department/person
- Follow SOPs and focus on query management
- Keep track and be updated of the changes in hotel policies
- Focused to follow result-oriented work
- Strong & effective query conversion through follow ups
- Maintain proper data of the queries handled, booking done and payment reminders
Skills :
- Effective Communication - Email Typing - Presentable - Multi Tasker - Good Convincing Skills - Computer knowledge.
