Job Duties

  • Plan field visits in coordination with sales promoters (SPs).
  • Verifying connections marked by SPs at industries, ensuring their accuracy.
  • Utilizing company-developed applications for verification.
  • Collaborating with SPs to ensure the legitimacy of fully or partially marked connections.
  • Maintaining detailed records of verified connections.
  •  Identify training needs through performance analysis.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis, providing constructive feedback and recognition of achievements.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to set personal development goals that complement organizational objectives.
  • Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Track, Measure, and Manage all the activities related to the sales manager's fieldwork.
  • Prepare reports on activities and results regularly as required by the management.
