JOB TYPE:

On-field marketing and lead generation for Indias leading edtech company.

Please note: The job is not related to sales and is contractual

in nature. The candidate will be on the 3P Agencys payroll.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A proactive candidate who can approach and interact with potential customers confidently. The candidate should be able to

generate leads for the brand in offline (on-ground and door-to-door) activities conducted in buildings/apartments, malls, supermarkets, department stores, railway stations, airports, metros, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 A bachelors degree in any field (students in their last year of college can apply)

 Proficiency in local languages

 Well-groomed

SALARY STRUCTURE (FIXED):

Earn up to ₹ 30,000 per month and get free group insurance.

LOCATION - COIMBATORE 

Salary - 18000 TO 30000

Gender - MALE ,FEMALE - BIKE MANDATORY

INCENTIVE STRUCTURE:

The first "incentive" payout will be The employee should generate

issued after 60 days on the job (fixed salary from first month itself) . a minimum of 100 leads to qualify for incentives

Heres your take home salary after deducting income tax, professional tax, employer PF, and employee PF:

Lead conversions (Number of customers who buy the product)

Incentive per lead

Total incentive amount

6 to 10 - ₹ 500 - ₹ 300 - 1500

6 to 10 - ₹ 500 - ₹ 3000 - 5000

11 to 20 - ₹ 700 - ₹ 7700

LEAVE POLICY:

6-day work week with 1-day off (on a weekday).

The candidate will be given 1 casual leave per month and 10 additional leaves in the year, which include 4 national and 6 optional holidays)

TRAINING:

All new hires are required to undergo a 3-day training program and should complete a minimum of 14 days on the job to receive salary. Punching in attendance daily is mandatory.
