We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Integration and ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Collaborate with data architects to design robust data integration solutions.
• Analyze and translate data requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows for issues.
• Optimize ETL processes to ensure high performance and data integrity.
• Document ETL processes and maintain accurate records of data transformations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration best practices.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL Server).
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL process development.
• Experience with data modeling tools and performance tuning in high-volume environments.
• Understanding of object-oriented software principles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
