Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with a strong techno-functional background in the Housing Finance Company (HFC) or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sectors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial applications and a thorough understanding of lending processes. This role involves leading a small team, managing system implementations, and ensuring the effective use of technology to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and management of end-to-end lending applications, including Lead Management, Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), Collections, Accounting Software, Dialer, and Payment Gateways.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and documentation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage new system implementations, ensuring successful integration with existing processes.
• Utilize SQL scripting language for data manipulation and analysis.
• Perform API testing to validate system integrations and functionality.
• Lead a small team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the HFC/NBFC industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial applications and lending processes.
• Proven experience in business requirement analysis and documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting language and API testing.
