We are looking for a dedicated Associate in BI & Analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining business reports, ensuring data quality, and supporting internal reporting requirements. This position requires strong SQL scripting capabilities and experience with data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

Report Development: Develop and maintain reports for various business functions and handle ad-hoc reporting requests efficiently.

Validation and Testing: Conduct thorough validation and testing of reports before they go live in production to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% quality in all deliverables, with no defective scripts being automated.

Project Tracking: Track projects both in development and post-production to meet internal reporting requirements effectively.

Timely Communication: Inform requestors of turnaround times (TAT) and ensure 100% adherence to the released TAT for all requests.

ODI Job Management: Create and maintain Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) jobs, including scheduling and ad-hoc publishes.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Engineering, B.Sc. in Mathematics, M.Sc. in Mathematics, or M.Com.

Experience Requirements

2-5 years of experience in automating reports using SQL scripts/ODI.

Experience with data warehousing in RDBMS technologies (preferably Oracle Server).

Reasonable skills in documentation and presentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
