Job Title: Team Leader Operations
Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1–3 years
Looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage daily BPO/BPM operations, drive performance, and ensure service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team handling voice/non-voice processes (inbound/outbound).
- Achieve SLA, KPI, and quality targets.
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and share daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Motivate team and reduce attrition.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of BPO experience, with 1+ year as a Team Leader.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proven ability to meet operational goals and manage escalations.
- Skilled in rostering and staffing.
