Job Title: Team Leader Operations

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1–3 years


Looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage daily BPO/BPM operations, drive performance, and ensure service quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team handling voice/non-voice processes (inbound/outbound).
  • Achieve SLA, KPI, and quality targets.
  • Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and share daily/weekly MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Motivate team and reduce attrition.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of BPO experience, with 1+ year as a Team Leader.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet operational goals and manage escalations.
  • Skilled in rostering and staffing.
