Designation: Team Leader – BPO/BPM
Shift Timings- Rotational Shift (6 Days Working)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team handling voice/non-voice, inbound/outbound processes
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics
- Conduct team meetings, reviews, and training
- Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Drive team motivation and reduce attrition
Requirements:
- 2–5 years BPO/BPM experience, 1+ year in a TL role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and handle escalations
- Skilled in roster management and process improvements
