Designation: Team Leader – BPO/BPM

Shift Timings- Rotational Shift (6 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team handling voice/non-voice, inbound/outbound processes
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics
  • Conduct team meetings, reviews, and training
  • Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Drive team motivation and reduce attrition

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years BPO/BPM experience, 1+ year in a TL role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and handle escalations
  • Skilled in roster management and process improvements
