Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Blended Process)
Process: Marks & Spencer (E-commerce)
Location: Gurgaon
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for our Marks & Spencer e-commerce process. This role involves handling both voice and non-voice (email/chat) interactions to assist customers with their queries, orders, and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide assistance related to orders, refunds, exchanges, and product information.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and processes while interacting with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service preferred.
- Fresher with good communication skills are welcome.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving ability, and basic computer knowledge.
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
- Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 fixed off on Sunday.
- Process: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice).
