About the Job
Skills
The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
• Excellent understanding of Active Directory / Mail Client preferably outlook / Network and various tool
used within Service Desk function
• Wide range of desktop hardware and software applications for operating systems including Windows
10, Windows 11 & MAC.
• Active Directory, SCCM, Zscaler, VDI, Cloud PC, VPN and Citrix Applications
• Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Multifactor Authenticator
• Understanding of Printer, Scanner and various other peripherals
• Mobile devices: iPhone, iPad, Android
• Understanding of basic networking concepts
• Expert understanding of Incident Management, ITIL practices
• Excellent Communication and typing skills
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in Service Desk environment preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and shifts
• Ability to plan and prioritise
