Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in IT Staffing for our Pune office. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring clients and managing relationships. You will leverage your expertise in IT staffing solutions, client acquisition, and relationship management to expand our market presence and foster sustainable business relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in client acquisition, particularly in the IT sector, to drive sales and expand our client base (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in IT Staffing Solutions to effectively match client needs with our service offerings (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong client relationship management skills to cultivate and maintain long-term connections with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Capable of executing talent mapping strategies to identify and evaluate prospective clients within the industry.
  • Experience in workforce planning to support clients with comprehensive staffing solutions.
  • Vendor management skills to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Thorough market research skills to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscapes, aiding in strategic planning.
  • Business development acumen to identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the IT staffing domain.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and leveraging industry connections.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailor-made solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the highest quality staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
