Job Description:
VIDEOWALLINDIA, a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders. This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the tendering process in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
- Identify and track tender opportunities in relevant markets.
- Review and analyze tender documents, requirements, and specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive tender proposals, including technical and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments (engineering, sales, finance) to gather necessary information and ensure tender compliance.
Correspondence:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding tender processes and status updates.
- Draft and manage correspondence related to tenders, including queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all tender-related documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all tenders comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documents and correspondence.
- Monitor and report on tender outcomes and performance metrics.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and industry trends.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-tendering platforms and government procurement portals.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment and industry-specific standards.
- Project management skills.
