Description:

 Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.

 Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.

 Identify and remedy defects within the production process.

 Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.

 Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.

 Investigate customer complaints and product issues.

 Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

 Developing and implementing marketing and branding strategies to increase the sale of various food products.

 Studying consumer wants, needs, and food purchasing patterns

 Assisting in the creation of pricing strategies to increase the company’s profit

 Creating marketing collateral—promotional emails, social media posts, copy for ads and banners, landing pages, and sales pages

 Setting up paid advertising campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness, and performing A/B testing to understand what works best for different audiences

Requirements:

 A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.

 Prior experience working in Food Marketing and managing marketing campaigns  Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Meticulous attention to detail.

 Excellent knowledge of the food industry

 Ability to identify with the consumers’ psychology
