Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify customers for appraisal of the loan proposal

2. Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers & ensure Business flow

3. Motivating the sourcing agents & ensure business flow from major sourcing channels

4. Planning & Monitoring monthly & daily marketing activities

5. Monitoring and ensuring the productivity norms of the Sales Officers

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Any Degree is Mandatory and Preference will be given for MBA with 5 to 6 years of experience in LAP/Housing Finance Industry is added advantage

2.Should identify locals references to source business and also facilitate collections and be able handle sales and collections through the team
