General Job Responsibility

Principal Accountabilities Strategic

• Evaluate proposal at first level, meeting criteria

• Prepare CAM, WAS score, Banking Analysis

• Primary data collection on Company stability, ownership and financials

Tactical

• Co-ordinate with Counterpart for the transaction conditions

• Implement the sanction condition within timeframe

• Understand the Direct Assignment Pool and selection criteria

• Work closely with partner, internal and external staff for closure of the deal

• Work with HHF teams / vendors on processing of DA deals

• Monitor the progress frequently

• Evaluate against covenants and trigger, any early wrong signals 

• For DA -takeover, work with IT/RMC teams for fulfilling conditions

• Provide weekly tracker on progress against key items
