Job Title: Relationship Officer - Digital Sales

 

Location: Chennai & Bangalore


Roles and Responsibilities:

 

As a part of the team the Relationship Officer will be responsible for:-

1. Managing a portfolio of 800-900 customers

2. Engage with these customers (via digital medium and physical meetings) to increase the Relationship Value

3. Cross-Selling Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, SIP etc.), Insurance Products ( Life and Non-Life), Credit Cards and Loans

 

Basic Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of Sales Experience/ Key Account Management

2. Good Communication skills

3. Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis

4. Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRMnext.

 

 

Mandatory Requirement:

1.AMFI/EUIN and IRDAI SP Certification

 

 

Preferred Profiles:

1.Previous experience as a Relationship Manager in Banking, Insurance Direct Sales ( Life or General), Securities Sales or other financial products sale

 

 

Salary Range & Grade:

1.Grade would be M2 – Deputy Manager

2. Salary range is max 6 Lakhs per annum fixed CTC.
