Job Description and Requirements:

- Define and manage projects and programs, including setting priorities and deliverables, assess risk, success criteria, schedules, etc.

- Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.

- Facilitate cross-silo communications and decision making across team, division, and company.

- Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.

- Ensure the implementation of operational policies and Interact internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation

of difficult matters to influence policy -requirements

- Experience in managing and executing large-scale, complex technical projects and delivering high quality products

- Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery

- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.

- PMP certified or CSM certified preferred

- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

- Experience in managing technical projects and team lead for software technologies [C++ and Java].

- Technical savvy and the ability to lead by working with internal and external clients to define project requirements and expectations.

- Responsible to contribute to proposal preparation for technical sections including effort estimation

- Responsible to clarify technical questions related to the project solution in consultation with internal/customer team
