Position: Asst.Manager / Manager - HR
Location: Krishnagiri
The HRM will be responsible for the HR activities in the assigned region with focus on recruitment.
Key Responsibilities/Functions:
Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with various unit/functional heads on a regular basis and close the open positions with-in TAT
- Responsible to fill vacancies as per approved budgets for all critical positions
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards or by using network through industry contacts
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Proactively maintain adequate pipeline of candidates for critical positions
HR Operations:
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
- Advice the management for an appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, if any
- Design Initiative to drive employee engagement and retention
- Conduct Rewards and recognitions programs
- Ensure record keeping and analytic feedback of employee footprint
Skill Set:
- Extensive knowledge on MS applications such as Excel, Power point, Visio
- Ability to analyze data from various sources and publish dashboards, reports and presentations
- Ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication
Education: MBA (full time) required
Experience:
- Around 5-7 years of experience and with minimum 4 years' experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition
- Exposure in an NBFC / BFSI will be an advantage
