Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account Executive to join our team at IRONHILL. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in the field. If you have a passion for finance and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Tally with the ability to manage accounting software effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in accounts reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in account management to handle client accounts and maintain records.
• Thorough understanding of TDS for accurate tax deduction and documentation processing.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Capability in managing accounts payable (AP) with attention to detail and timely processing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to analyze financial statements and generate insightful reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and financial reporting activities.
• Manage the entire accounts reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline accounting operations and initiatives.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient financial management practices.
• Execute accurate and timely tax filings, including TDS and GST returns.
• Ensure all accounts payable transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Provide strategic financial advice and insights to support top management decisions.
