Job Overview

PROST is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join its dynamic team in Hyderabad. This mid-level full-time position is designed for individuals with a strong background in restaurant management. Ideal candidates will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service and efficiency in a fast-paced F&B setting.

  • High attention to detail necessary for maintaining quality and consistency in service and food presentation.
  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to changing situations and customer needs within the fast-paced service industry.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and foster a collaborative team environment for achieving common goals.
  • Technical skills relevant to restaurant operations, including management of ordering systems and inventory tools.
  • Must be from Brewery background.
