Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service
Identify and understand customer needs
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via calls, email & chat.
Qualifications Required:
A Metric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:
- 12 - 18 months experience in Inbound or outbound calling process (preference will be given to candidates who have collections experience with US clients)
- High proficiency in verbal & written English (a neutral accent is preferred as customers are businesses based in the US)
