Qualifications Required:

A Metric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:

  • 12 - 18 months experience in Inbound or outbound calling process (preference will be given to candidates who have collections experience with US clients)
  • High proficiency in verbal & written English (a neutral accent is preferred as customers are businesses based in the US)
