Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our team and help us provide an outstanding level of service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients.


Duties:

Assist with business development activities.

Understanding client needs and addressing their concerns promptly.

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Onboarding new clients through social media & other sources


Requirements and Skills:

Teamwork and collaboration skills for internal coordination.

4+ years of related experience in client service or sales or voice process (US/UK).

Knowledge of Ed-Tech products & concepts.

 

Target Market: North America

Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST, Mon to Fri

Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
