Job Overview

As an MIS Executive at Procucev, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Excellent knowledge of database management systems
• Familiarity with SQL queries and data manipulation
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the procurement industry will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports for various functional areas
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate business performance
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure timely reporting
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of databases and data management systems
• Manage and update documentation related to MIS processes, procedures, and guidelines
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by performing regular audits and quality checks
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MIS techniques and tools
