Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the role of Engineering Procurement And Construction (EPC) at Procucev. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Bangalore, requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing EPC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards. The role demands expertise in project management and cost estimation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 7 years in engineering procurement and construction in a mid-level role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate complex EPC projects. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in cost estimation to effectively budget and manage project expenditures. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and modifying project plans and blueprints.
- Experience in using Primavera P6 for efficient project scheduling and management.
- Solid understanding of contract management to negotiate and manage EPC project contracts.
- Knowledgeable in supply chain management to optimize procurement processes within projects.
- Ability to conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans to ensure project safety and success.
- Awareness of construction safety regulations and ensure compliance to maintain worksite safety standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering procurement and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed within the designated budget and schedule, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
- Maintain adherence to construction safety regulations, ensuring that all practices comply with industry standards.
- Manage communications and relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Generate and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients for transparency and oversight.
