We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Relationship Manager for our offices in Chennai and Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in key account management and client relationship building (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for efficient client tracking and management.
- Strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and foster long-term client partnerships.
- Experience in customer success management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and demonstrate service success.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on team-driven results and outcome-based strategies.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts to foster trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align the delivery of services with client expectations and objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor client progress and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for additional support.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that align with client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide insightful recommendations.
