Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in key account management and client relationship building (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for efficient client tracking and management.
  • Strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and foster long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience in customer success management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and demonstrate service success.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on team-driven results and outcome-based strategies.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align the delivery of services with client expectations and objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor client progress and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for additional support.
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that align with client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide insightful recommendations.
