Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications to meet company standards.
• Support the integration of Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of CRM solutions using JavaScript and C#.
• Create reports and dashboards in Power BI to support business decision-making processes.
