Job Role: The Biovia ELN (Developer/Lead/Architect), will be responsible for developing, customizing, and

implementing Biovia's Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) in a pharmaceutical environment. This role requires

deep expertise in Biovia ELN SDK, .Net, C#, and Python programming to manage existing projects and support

migration projects for new release. The candidate will be involved in customization, development, integration and

architectural decisions while also leading a development team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop code using .Net, C#, and Python for Biovia ELN customization

2. Write and perform unit tests to ensure code quality

3. Configure laboratory information systems at both basic and complex levels

4. Write basic SQL queries following relational database schema design principles

5. Integrate laboratory instruments with scientific software packages

6. Develop and generate dynamic reports

7. Break complex development processes into manageable tasks

8. Transform client requirements into design solutions

9. Lead architectural evaluations and make strategic technical decisions

10. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team

11. Write and maintain system interfaces using pre-existing middleware

12. Author System Architecture and Deployment Plans

13. Optimize database performance and software functionality

14. Participate in code peer reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices

15. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives

16. Take a leading role in requirements analysis with client stakeholders

17. Develop reusable utility and library software for general use
