Skills
Roles & Responsibilities;
· Attendance Management: Attendance compilation & processing through SPINE Software
· Payroll Processing: End to End responsibility on Pay-roll Processing
· Salary Input Compilation & on-time and right-payment to all employees
· Assist with administering payrolls (month end consolidation and processing support as required).
· Checking and auditing of all payrolls, ensuring legislative & award compliance (tax compliance, superannuation etc).
· Statutory Compliances: Responsible for statutory compliances (TDS, Gratuity, ESIC, PT, PF, etc).
· IT & TDS Management: Managing Income-tax Calculation for all employees, Consideration of all right IT declaration and verification of proof.
· Full & Final Settlement: Timely Calculation and payment of Left / termination payments (resignation/retirement/redundancy).
· Projects as required i.e. continual improvement and standardization of payroll operations and systems
· Contractual Employee Management: Attendance & Salary processing for Contractual & third Party employees.
· Leave Management: Managing Annual Leave calendar, upload & updating on regular basis.
· Annual Holiday Calendar preparation
· MIS & Reports: Monthly, quarterly & annual or regular basis
· Employee Engagement Activities
Required Skills:
· Good Exposure in Spine Software (Payroll + HRMS)
· Candidate should have experience in managing day to day HR Operations.
· Key areas will be Attendance & Leave for 700+ Employees through Spine.
· Supporting in Talent Management/ Recruitment & Selection
· Supporting Human Capital Dept. in Compliance matters Pan India Level (PF,PT,ESIC, S&E, etc.)
· Candidate should have experience in Employee Motivation & Engagement Activities.
· Various HR & ADMIN MIS Reports / Dashboard etc.
