Our Expectations:
Ø Export Executive will find buyers in the international market for us.
Ø He coordinates and plans to international shipment of goods and supplies.
Ø Negotiation with agents & Customers. International visit for sales purpose.
Ø Ensure that shipments comply with the laws and regulations regulating the export industry.
Ø Good customer service skills in dealing with customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Getting Business from Existing Client & New reference generation
Ø Quotation preparation & follow-up till the order confirmation
Ø Preparing Business plans for all projects to achieve the desired target
Ø Searching New Customers from Resources of customers (i.e. Export data, B2B Portals, Website, Exhibitions, B2B Meeting & Visits etc.)
Ø Branding & activity – CRM Activity.
Ø Discussing achievement / progress on target with Boss
Ø Making Report Analysis through charts / graph & presenting monthly. (Report of same will be presented quarterly).
Ø Providing training to Sales and Marketing Members.
Ø Monitoring all sales transactions reviewing all customer response for all orders and payment. Regularly supervising the work assigned to them and directing them.
Ø Resolving the queries of Customers related to whole Shipment.
Ø Feedback Collection from customers after completing shipment.
