We at Podar International School - Gujarat is looking for a Tour Executive.
Job description
· Knowledge of handling Domestic School trips.
· Geographical and destination knowledge.
· Dealing with School Principal enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of student’s safety during trips.
· Dealing with Suppliers, Operations, and Negotiations section with our Product Manager.
· Operational duties start to end process of the trip.
· Ability to communicate effectively and independently.
· Strong Empathy and Understanding. Charismatic Personality. Keen Ability to Improvise and Adapt. Focuses on Building Rapport.
· Tour Manager Duties.
· Knowledge of EXCEL PPT WORD , MIS REPORT
Requirement:
· 2 to 5 years’ experience in Tour management, preferably in the travel industry. Added advantage if have previous experience of handling school trips.
· Graduates in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Strong technical aptitude and skills to quickly grasp new work schedule.
· Superb communication skills, including writing.
· English fluency (communication skills)
· A love of travel.
