Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated TGT Physics and Maths teacher to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position requesting a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding students in Physics and Maths and contributing to their educational journey in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a teacher in Physics and Maths, with expert-level curriculum development skills in these subjects (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in managing classroom dynamics effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Experience with educational technology platforms to enhance innovative teaching methods.
- Ability to use differentiated instruction techniques to cater to a diverse range of student abilities.
- Expertise in implementing assessment tools to evaluate and enhance student performance.
- Familiarity with remote teaching tools to provide flexible yet effective learning experiences.
- Skills in using interactive simulations to make abstract concepts in Physics and Maths engaging and understandable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and the teaching community.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Physics and Maths following the school's curriculum standards.
- Conduct classes effectively while using innovative teaching methods that make learning enjoyable and impactful.
- Assess students' progress through regular tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Integrate technology in teaching to enhance learning experiences and student engagement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and attend to the academic and emotional needs of students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and be an active participant in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
- Communicate with parents to discuss their children's progress and address any educational concerns.
- Contribute to the school's mission by demonstrating a commitment to students' overall growth beyond academics.
