Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sports Teacher for our locations in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Chakan. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field of sports education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and capable of inspiring students through innovative sports activities and physical education lessons.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess excellent knowledge and practical experience in Physical Education. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong ability to coach team sports effectively and enhance student performance through structured training.
• Proficiency in lesson planning tailored to diverse student needs, ensuring inclusive and comprehensive sports education.
• Adept at engaging students by creating a supportive and motivational learning environment to enhance participation.
• Skills in fitness training to promote health and wellness among students, emphasizing physical activity.
• Experience in organizing and conducting extracurricular sports activities to enrich the students' overall school experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively with fellow staff and contribute to a collaborative educational atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sports curricula and lesson plans that align with educational standards and student needs.
• Organize and oversee school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
• Provide professional coaching in various sports to improve students' skills and team dynamics.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage development.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient functioning of sports activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate sports programs with academic activities.
