Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Pre primary teaching methods and curriculum (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to serve as a Float Teacher, adapting to various classroom environments and requirements (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in Early Childhood Education, focusing on the cognitive and emotional development of young children (Mandatory skill)
- Strong understanding of Child Development theories and best practices to support the overall growth of students
- Excellent Classroom Management skills to maintain a conducive learning environment
- Effective Parent Communication abilities to regularly update on child's progress and address concerns
- Behavior Management techniques to guide and support appropriate conduct and interactions among students
- Empathy and patience, essential for fostering a nurturing and supportive classroom atmosphere
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of pre-primary students
