We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team at Podar Jumbo Kids located in Davanagere. This is a full-time junior position, perfect for individuals with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The candidate will play a vital role in nurturing young minds through interactive and engaging educational practices. The position requires foundational expertise in early childhood education and the Montessori methodology.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a strong understanding of the Montessori Methodology, child development principles, and early childhood education (Mandatory skill).
• Classroom management skills to effectively handle and motivate young children in an educational setting are essential.
• Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication, ensuring they are engaged and informed about their child’s progress.
• Ability to plan and execute a comprehensive curriculum that supports child development and creativity.
• Certified Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is required to ensure the highest standards of early childhood education.
• A graduate degree in education or a related field to provide a robust foundation in teaching strategies and child psychology.
• Prepared to employ innovative learning methods and adapt to new teaching techniques to engage students effectively.
