Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Maths Teacher for our Kolhapur location at Podar Education Network. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will become part of our dynamic team, contributing to the educational development of our students. Proficiency in English communication and a commitment to excellence in teaching are essential for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess strong knowledge and expertise in Maths subject matter, demonstrating the ability to teach various mathematical concepts effectively.
• TGT Maths (Mandatory skill): Proven experience and qualification in teaching middle school math courses.
• Experience as a leave vacancy teacher (Mandatory skill), indicating flexibility and adaptability in different teaching environments.
• Fluent in English communication (Mandatory skill), ensuring clear and effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience as a Maths Teacher: A background in teaching mathematics at a recognized institution, showcasing skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
• PRT Maths: Familiarity with primary level teaching requirements, capable of engaging younger students in mathematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, aiding in the explanation and dissection of complex mathematical problems to students.
• Proficient in using teaching aids and educational technology to enhance the learning experience and stimulate student interest.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum to the assigned grade level.
• Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and other assessment tools, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attend to individual learning needs promptly.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance educational programs and ensure a cohesive learning environment.
