Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lab Assistant & Music Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Lab Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the teachers and students in the laboratory, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for providing music instruction to students, developing their musical skills, and organizing performances.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Lab Assistant and/or Music Teacher
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Music, Education, Science)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
• Proficiency in playing a musical instrument(s)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for teaching and working with students
• Organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and students in the laboratory during practical sessions
• Prepare laboratory equipment and materials for experiments
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials
• Assist students in conducting experiments and recording observations
• Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment as needed
• Assist with the organization and coordination of school events and performances
• Teach music lessons to students based on their skill levels
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials for music classes
• Organize and conduct rehearsals for school music performances
• Assess and evaluate students' musical progress
• Provide guidance and support to students in their musical endeavors
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the music curriculum
