Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Assistant to join our team at our Vashi location. This junior-level role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Lab Assistant will support laboratory operations by performing various tasks related to laboratory techniques, sample preparation, equipment maintenance, and inventory management, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our educational labs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.), preferably in relevant field.
• Location - Vasai
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques and sample preparation.
• Experience in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
• Competence in inventory management including tracking supplies and ordering materials.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a laboratory environment.
• Excellent communication skills for proper documentation and interaction with students and staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials for educational sessions and experiments.
• Assist teachers and students during lab sessions, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and calibrated.
