Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Podar Education Network. Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Provide support in the onboarding process by preparing documentation and organizing introductory sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure that all HR databases are updated accurately.
  • Support HR team in organizing training and professional development workshops.
  • Participate in meetings and provide assistance with daily HR administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects that foster a productive working environment.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to help address queries and concerns.
  • Assist with the coordination of employee engagement and cultural activities.
