Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Podar Education Network's Parel location. This is a full-time, mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role involves aligning human resource initiatives with organizational objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing HR functions in alignment with our educational ethos.
Qualifications and Skills
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the capability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks to the organization.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal leaders to drive HR strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for improving and streamlining HR processes.
- Ability to drive employee engagement strategies, fostering an inclusive and motivating workplace environment that boosts productivity.
- Exceptional skills in employee relations (Mandatory skill) to resolve conflicts and build a positive company culture.
- Experience in performance management (Mandatory skill) systems to assess employee performance and provide developmental feedback.
- Proficient in developing and implementing HR policies (Mandatory skill) in line with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and empathy with employees and management alike.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with department managers to develop HR solutions aligned with business strategies and meet organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations by handling grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
- Drive performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations while advising on necessary changes in HR policy.
- Conduct regular staff engagement initiatives to boost morale and improve retention across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain and utilize HRIS for accurate data management, reporting, and policy implementation.
- Support recruitment efforts as needed, collaborating on talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Deliver training and workshops to enhance employee skills and promote continuous learning and professional development.
