Job Overview

Podar Education Network seeks a Float Teacher to join our team in Belagavi. This junior position requires between 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Float Teacher, you will play an instrumental role in delivering a holistic educational experience across varying levels, focusing primarily on early childhood education.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an educational or similar setting.
  • Must have nursery experience (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong foundation in early childhood education principles for providing a nurturing learning environment.
  • In-depth understanding of child development to cater to children's unique learning needs effectively.
  • Solid classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Effective active listening skills ensuring a supportive experience for children and parents alike.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Flexibility in floating across various classrooms and teaching levels as needed.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering educational programs across multiple classrooms to ensure consistency in teaching quality.
  • Support teachers by preparing materials and helping manage classroom activities for an optimal learning experience.
  • Observe and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to lead teachers and parents when necessary.
  • Implement classroom management strategies to maintain environments conducive to learning and growth.
  • Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents to maintain strong, supportive relationships.
  • Adapt to various teaching styles and curriculums within the Podar Education framework.
  • Stay current with educational best practices and strategies in early childhood and primary education.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation in student learning experiences.
