Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Float Teacher for our locations in Andheri and Kalyan. This junior-level role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The float teacher will be responsible for supporting classrooms, providing coverage where needed, and collaborating with teaching staff to deliver high-standard education.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in child development to understand and nurture children's growth effectively.
- Proficient in classroom management to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Strong lesson planning skills to organize and influence daily classroom activities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Experience as a pre-primary teacher to accommodate early educational settings.
- Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCED) as a fundamental requirement.
