Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Admission Counselor for our school in Panaji. This is a Full-Time position requiring between 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role is pivotal in guiding and supporting prospective students and their families through the admission process. The ideal candidate is a female with excellent sales and marketing skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Admission Counselor experience (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 4 to 6 years in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Only Female candidates need apply (Mandatory skill) for this position.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing (Mandatory skill), particularly within an educational institution or similar environment.
- Proven experience as an Education Counselor, demonstrating a deep understanding of academic programs and admission processes.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to prospective students and parents.
- Ability to provide personalized guidance to students and families, showcasing a genuine understanding of their needs and educational aspirations.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently within the context of the admissions cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members to facilitate a smooth admission experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist prospective students and their families throughout the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about the institution's academic programs, campus facilities, and admission requirements.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to inform students and parents about the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inquiries and applications, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Participate in open houses, educational fairs, and other outreach programs to promote the school and attract potential students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for student recruitment.
- Regularly follow up with prospective students and families via email, phone, or in-person meetings to address questions and concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to inform and enhance recruitment strategies and tools.
