Job Overview

Join Podar Education Network as a Junior Admission Counselor in our Mangaluru location. This full-time position involves working strategically to attract potential students and assist in their journey. You will play a crucial role in driving admissions and support the organization's growth objectives through effective communication and business development. The ideal candidate will possess relevant skills and be enthusiastic about contributing to our educational mission.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong marketing skills to effectively promote educational programs and attract potential students (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in counseling students for admissions through various channels is required (Mandatory skill).
  • Business development expertise to establish and maintain relationships with educational agents and partners (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to generate and nurture leads through targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM software for managing and analyzing customer interactions to improve engagement.
  • Competency in understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about educational options and Podar's offerings.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to reach potential clients and communicate the benefits of enrollment at Podar Education Network.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create materials and strategies for student recruitment and branding initiatives.
  • Track admission trends and provide feedback to management for optimizing admission strategies.
  • Facilitate the admission process from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and admissions progress using CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of educational programs to advise and guide students effectively.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to build Podar's presence and attract diverse student applicants.
