Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our team at Podar Education Network. The position is at the Junior level and is located in Khopoli. The employment type is contract-based. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience in admission counselling.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students and parents about the admission process, program offerings, and campus facilities
  • Maintain and organize student records and application documentation
  • Conduct informational meetings and tours for potential students and their families
  • Assist students in filling out application forms and collecting necessary documents
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely completion of their admission process
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract students
  • Participate in education fairs, school visits, and other outreach activities to promote the institution
  • Provide accurate information on tuition fees, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities
